Heapost works as follows: once you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions, filled in the Registration Form, and made payment, Heapost’s postal address will become yours! From then on, every time a mail to you arrives in our mailbox, Heapost will collect it, open it, scan it and send it to you by email.
Physical Aspect of Our Service!
If Heapost receives a document that you require the original of, such as a passport, driving licence or ticket, Heapost will also send it to you in a physical and traceable form, checking beforehand the address or location where you are at the time of sending. However, if the content of the mail does not need to be sent physically, it will be shredded, after being scanned, and recycled.

Heapost is also intended for people who live mainly in one place but who wish to take advantage of an alternative postal service allowing them to receive their mail at any time, without the inconvenience of moving to their mailbox or PO Box.

For those about to arrive in Australia, Heapost is unique in that it can also be opened free of charge from overseas, making it easy to prepare, organize and receive all your most important documents, such as TFN, bank card or tickets as soon as you set foot in Australia.

In Australia, once a traffic offence is detected and served on you; you only have 28 days to pay it at its original amount!
